1. Who we are

Vahmine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its group entities (Vahmine Inc., United States; Vahmine Technologies, South Korea) - together "Vahmine", "we" or "us" - build enterprise software, SaaS products and AI automation for organisations worldwide.

For this website and our direct marketing activity, Vahmine acts as the data controller. When we host or operate a platform on behalf of a customer, we act as a data processor and our Data Processing Agreement applies.

2. Personal data we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed for the purpose.

• Contact and enquiry data: name, business email, company, role, country and the content of your message.
• Recruitment data: the details you choose to send us when applying for an open role.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source, collected only where you have consented to analytics cookies.
• Customer platform data: personal data contained in systems we build or operate, processed strictly on our customer's documented instructions.

3. Why we process it and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide requested information - legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver and support contracted services - performance of a contract.
• To assess job applications - steps taken before a contract of employment.
• To measure site usage and campaign performance - your consent, given via our cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations - compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure and functional and are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

5. Sharing and sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with vetted service providers who support our operations (hosting, email delivery, analytics, recruitment and CRM tooling), with our group entities where needed to serve you, and with authorities where the law requires it. Every provider is bound by written confidentiality and data protection terms.

6. International transfers

We operate from India, the United States, South Korea and the Gulf region, so personal data may be transferred across borders. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses together with technical and organisational safeguards such as encryption in transit and at rest, access control and logging. Data residency in a specific region can be agreed contractually for platform engagements.

7. Retention

Enquiry and marketing records are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us. Recruitment records are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Contract and financial records are kept for the period required by applicable law. Customer platform data is retained and deleted according to the relevant customer agreement.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law - including the GDPR, the UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act, and the UAE, Saudi and Qatar data protection laws - you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time.

Write to privacy@vahmine.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We run an ISO 27001 certified information security management system with SOC 2 aligned controls, encryption, least-privilege access, continuous vulnerability assessment and independent penetration testing. Details are in our security and trust centre.

10. Changes and contact
